Charming getaway in Beer 🌊

Loved the brekkie hamper, so lekker to eat at our own pace! Nette and Col were like chommies, super helpful with recommendations. The location's a dream, just a stroll to the beach and pubs. Plus, the view from our room was a nice touch with the village vibe!

Shower pressure could've been better, but everything else was spot on!

Room felt a bit cramped for two, and the shower was rather compact. Parking situation involved council-run spaces which can be pricey, and availability was tricky due to demand.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and clean, had lovely views of the sea. Had central heating, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities in my queen room. The venue was in a central location short walk to several restaurants and shops, the sea and places to eat. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Beer Roads.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, featured variety of meals. It was new-fashioned, decent size and with a comfortable bed.

The powerful shower made our mornings refreshing, and the local restaurant recommended by the friendly hosts provided a good dining experience. The complimentary jar of toffees was a charming touch, enhancing our stay.

We loved staying here with our three kids! The warm atmosphere, and the breakfasts were particularly excellent. We enjoyed easy walks to the beach and local eateries.

My kids wished for a little more outdoor play area.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend escape in Beer with great value for money. Col was super helpful at breakfast, making sure we had everything we needed. Bring an umbrella just in case. It rained a little !

the en-suite was excellent with lovely toiletries and a clean, charming vibe. the view from the patio was less than ideal.

Wonderful hosts and charming decor

Nette and Col. Our room was super clean and tastefully decorated, with a sofa bed and a good ensuite. I particularly enjoyed the creative choices for breakfast, especially the unique animal milk jugs that added a charming touch. I did wish breakfast hours could be extended for a more leisurely start to the day.

The hosts were great, we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The freshly cooked breakfast featured an extensive variety, including options for preferences like animal milk. Some amenities, like the shower pressure, could have been improved. While the room was well-maintained and stylish, the sound from the busy street outside at night was a bit disruptive.

The low shower pressure was a minor inconvenience, and the early breakfast delivery could disrupt a cozy morning routine. Some facilities were somewhat limited during the off-season, with many local shops closed.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

We got a good breakfast hamper each morning, so we could enjoy it in our room while looking out at the beautiful village waking up. Plus, Nette and Col were really helpful with tips on local spots to check out.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the quality and comfort, I'd say it's totally reasonable.
